Privacy notice

Last updated 6 October 2026

This notice explains how MotiveWorks ("MotiveWorks", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, motiveworks.ai. We are the data controller. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, optional company and your message. We use these only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
  • Emails you send us: the content and contact details you choose to share.
  • Embedded videos: YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. After that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
  • Updates list: if you subscribe to updates, your email address, plus when and where you signed up as a record of your consent.
  • Site traffic: aggregated, cookieless traffic statistics through Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site. It doesn't use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Updates list

If you subscribe, we email you occasional news about Genesis and MotiveWorks. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing [email protected]. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, then delete it, keeping only what we need to make sure we don't email you again. We never sell or share the list.

Legal basis

We process contact information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our company and products, and traffic statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and protecting the site. We send updates only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Who processes it

  • Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the server the website runs on, in Germany.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site and provides traffic statistics.
  • Web3Forms relays contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) stores the updates list and sends update emails, in the EU.
  • Our email provider stores the correspondence.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless an ongoing relationship requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request a copy of it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
